EDHEC Executive strengthens its partnership with Crédit Agricole through two new Managers classes

The BADGE “Management and Sales Development,” Intra training developed especially for Crédit Agricole by EDHEC Executive for three years, is hosting two programs in 2010. The “Junior Manager” cycle began on  24 February with 20  Crédit Agricole's employees. The “Confirmed Manager” cycle began on  17 March with 17 participants. 

They will follow a training program for 16 months, working on sales development, customer relations and their managerial capacities.  At the end of the program, combining their collective courses, team work, individual memoirs and personalised coaching, they will be awarded a BADGE (a certificate of aptitude awarded by Business Schools) approved by the Business School Conference.  For the start-up of the 4th and 5th classes, Jean-Luc Catherine, Deputy General Director for Crédit Agricole, came to share his vision of management with his employees.
