EDHEC awarded Bachelors's degree accreditation for its 4-yr BBA programme, confirming the excellence of its post-secondary education
EDHEC Business School can announce that it has received bachelor’s degree accreditation for its Bachelor in Business Administration, following an evaluation by the CEFDG. Just as registration begins via Parcoursup, EDHEC asserts itself as a leading institution in post-secondary education, with bachelor’s accreditation from this September until 2024.
EDHEC has a long-standing presence on the post-secondary market, with its courses receiving State approval as early as 2003. Since then, it has been systematically renewed for the maximum period allowed. This latest accreditation further boosts the School’s ambitious strategy, built on two key pillars: academic excellence and rigorous post-secondary selection, continuing to apply the same exacting recruitment standards. An illustration of this is the EDHEC International BBA, with 70% of students having graduated from the baccalaureate in 2020 with magna cum laude or summa cum laude distinctions, up nearly 30% on 2019.
A leading programme combining academic excellence and innovative pedagogy
This bachelor’s degree accreditation is in recognition of the many strengths of EDHEC’s Bachelor in Business Administration: excellence in teaching with some 180 professors and researchers, a research strategy with a strong impact on society, a broad spectrum of international academic exchange programmes with renowned business schools and universities (including UCLA Extension in California and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore) and personalised career support to match the aspirations of our students.
This accreditation not only increases the readability of our offer on the market but also offers a considerable advantage to EDHEC students, who will now walk away not only with a State-approved 4-yr post-secondary diploma but also a bachelor’s degree.
“We are delighted to have secured this bachelor’s accreditation – validation of the excellence and leadership of our post-secondary programme. This is the highest level of recognition which the State can grant us, proof of the quality of our teaching and the rigorous selection process for the EDHEC International BBA. This ambitious dynamic is set to gather pace over the coming months”
Emmanuel Métais, Dean of EDHEC Business School
