EDHEC and UNESCO join forces to educate a new generation of leaders and promote educational innovation.
The creation of the UNESCO Chair on "Organizational Anticipation, Resilient Leadership, and Educational Innovation" by EDHEC marks the beginning of an ambitious initiative focused on three major areas: education, leadership, and organizational transformation.
This chair aims to educate future decision-makers on new organizational models, develop their capacity for innovation, and enhance their leadership skills in a complex and uncertain world. A 35-hour online training program spread over 5 weeks will be offered to develop the necessary skills for anticipating, envisioning, and building a future vision that reduces dependence on uncertainty and economic, political, or geopolitical fluctuations.
Beyond its teaching mission, the UNESCO Chair on "Organizational Anticipation, Resilient Leadership, and Educational Innovation" serves as a collaborative research platform, involving contributions from international academic partners in Europe, Asia, and Africa. An exchange program involving researchers from Africa and Asia will be implemented with the goal of contributing to the construction of a sustainable future through education.
