In Paris, Emmanuel Berujon (class of 2005) and Florian Cottereau (class of 2006) invite you to join their group of running "aficionados" every Wednesday evening at 7:45 at Stade Max Rousié (Paris 17 – Métro Porte de Saint Ouen) for an intervals session lasting around 1 hour and open to everybody. Whether you run at 8 km/h or more than 15 km/h, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere as part of this mixed group, who regularly participate in 10 km races as well as half and full marathons.
Regardless of your ability, taking part in an intervals session is a fun and energising way to train. We hope lots of you will join us next Wednesday. For practical info and registration, you’ll find all the details you need on the Running Club’s Facebook page.
Please join the club on the EDHEC alumni website.
How long before we see a group of EDHEC runners in every marathon worldwide?
