EDHEC ALUMNI MENTORING PROGRAMS

1) MUTUAL JOB SUPPORT SCHEME 

EDHEC Alumni has developed this program to allow EDHECs to help each other and discuss the following topics.

1 -  Career transition advice (change of direction)

2 - Advice about international mobility

3 - Info about the market in my business sector

4 - Job and internship offers in my company

5 - Personal branding (CV, LinkedIn, pitching)

6 - Job specifics (mission, skills, soft skills)

7 - Advice about recruitment processes

8 - How to approach the network

MENTOR TARGET: Graduates from all programs with at least 5 years of professional experience.

MENTEE TARGET: All EDHEC graduates and final year students.

2) MUTUAL SUPPORT FOR ENTREPRENEURS 

EDHEC Alumni has developed this program to allow EDHEC entrepreneurs (creators, startuppers, franchisees and freelancers) to benefit from advice and expertise.

Here are the areas of discussion:

1 - Create your company

2 - Finance your Project

3 - Manage your digital marketing (SEO / SEA / Analytics)

4 - Commercial management, management of offers / distribution and marketing

5 - Human management: HR, organizational adaptation, team motivation, internal communication, psychosocial risks

6 - Management of crisis communication and brand image

7 - Cash management, financial model and management

8 - Operations Management (Production / logistics): continuity, adaptation and restart

9 - Remote work management / teleworking (tools, communication)

10 - Organize creativity / innovation (Design Thinking, Open innovation, MVP, POC, Agile)

11 - Social Networks

12 - Strategy and pivot / rebound in the face of market developments

MENTOR TARGET: Graduates from all programs with at least 5 years of professional experience.

MENTEE TARGET: EDHEC (graduates and students) Entrepreneurs.

3) BBA3 STUDENT MENTORING 

The aim of this program is to connect EDHEC BBA graduates with 3rd year BBA students.

In the 3rd year, students take the professional path of the BBA program.

They need at this stage to be accompanied by a BBA graduate who has gone through the same professional path who would help them make the right decisions based on their own experience and school background.

MENTOR TARGET: EDHEC BBA program graduates.

MENTEE TARGET:  3rd year EDHEC BBA students.

4) INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MENTORING PROGRAM

The aim of this program is to connect Masters and MSc graduates with international students in MSC or in the last year of MIM.

Enter this program if you think  you can help international students with the following topics:

1) - Integration into the local job market

2 ) - Local life and culture

3)  - Recruitment policy and professional opportunities for international profiles in your company / sector of activity.

4)  - Help them build  their professional project. 

So much practical advice and information that can help these students to integrate the local / international job market of their choice.

MENTOR TARGET: Graduates of Master and MSC programs with fluent English.

MENTEE TARGET: non-French speaking students in MSC or in the last year of MIM.
