Since we can all be affected by discrimination at some point in our lives, this study intends to assess the relationships between diversity and equal employment opportunities?

Since no right solution can be worked out without a good understanding of the subject, we need your participation. The questionnaire we have designed to link the different forms of diversity (gender, origin, sexual orientation, etc.) to equal opportunities in terms of career and salary, and personal life choices (e.g. in terms of work-life balance).

Participate and help us advance the practice!

The EDHEC Open Leadership Chair is carrying out a study to explore the links between #difference and #equality of opportunity in terms of career development.
