The conference will focus on

Management Research Group (MRG) has recently completed a large scale 10 years study of cultural differences in leadership practices covering over 50,000 leaders in 20 countries globally within over 6,000 organisations. These data were gathered through responses to MRG's Leadership Effectiveness Analysis assessment, which measures 22 critical leadership behaviours. This presentation will focus in detail on how leadership practices vary between countries. It provides fascinating data that offers significant new insights into leadership culture by country, which in many cases challenges the stereotype we may perceive.

The second survey will focus on what are the leadership practices that are most predictive of success.
