II- The Company
Salezpoivrez is an E-commerce company, which sells ready to cook kits through its website www.salezpoivrez.com (online April 14).
We offer different recipes weekly on our website, which our customers can choose from, and we deliver throughout France. We only use fresh ingredients in the exact amounts, together with a simple recipe and a fun cook at home "like a chef" without any constraints. (no need to bother to find an idea for dinner, no need to shop, no food waste etc ...)
 
The market
The market for food sales on the internet grew at 20 % in 2013, four times more than the previous year, and could triple in the coming years. Sales category "gourmet delivery" generated 3 billion euros last year .
 
The target
Our target is composed primarily of people who want convenience and quality of products :
- Active consumers and CSP class +
- Consumers with children (little time for shopping)
- Young seniors (internet followers) with super and hypermarkets are disproportionate to their needs
- Dwellers of large cities (to go shopping is seen as a chore )

Team size
We are co-founders behind salezpoivrez .
Stéphane Hoblaingre, EMBA 2013, previously worked 12 years in financial markets.
Xavier Malandran, Chef, Masterchef finalist of the show on TF1 in 2011.
 
Capital raising
300,000 euros in order to communicate more widely and more quickly.
We are looking for investors or business angels who like the concept.
 
Originality of the project
Our offer is a complete solution, we take care of all the constraints and our customers benefit as positives, to cook and to enjoy it.
The originality of the concept lies in the fact that the client should cook themselves (this is a fundamental trend today, 90% of French cooking is at home in the evening) , but ultimately our customers just need to follow our instructions to pass the assembly of their "kit".
 
Growth Outlook
Our goal is to triple our sales the next 3 years and achieve a turnover of EUR 1M after 3 years.
 
III- What is our expectation for EDHEC?
We believe that many people in the EDHEC network often have a hectic lifestyle and may be interested in our offer. We believe that the EDHEC network is an important vehicle to promote our offer and our society.
