Cargill: Finance Graduate Programme

As a Finance Graduate you will be a member of the Accounting team that works closely with the trading/sales/forwarding/logistics/plant teams and you will be heavily involved in the daily business of Cargill.

During the European Graduate Program, you will acquire significant knowledge on country local/worldwide finance and accounting activities that support Cargill’s businesses.  You will undergo a specific training program covering additional hands-on experience that will provide the foundation to enable you to aspire and achieve a potential management position.

In the European Graduate Program, you could expect some or all of the following experiences within the first two years with Cargill:
- Initial assignment to a job
- On-going formal soft skill development and technical training
- Mentoring provided by a Cargill manager
- A short-term assignment in another country for 6 months
- A pan-European project
- Networking with International colleagues

In this position the Finance graduates will handle general accounting and reporting responsibilities such as assistance with preparation of P/L (profit and loss) close and have responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or Balance Sheet reconciliation.  You will participate in special projects related to corporate initiatives and will perform various other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- University degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics
- Up to 2 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate to other countries
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of another European language will be a plus
- Demonstrated natural leadership ability
- Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently
- Teamwork; ability to work in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Global Mindset
- Fast learning and self-development: curiosity to learn
- High energy levels. Action oriented. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Able to proactively identify and resolve problems
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy in work

- Proven experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines, and to handle multiple 
  tasks in parallel
