Career coaching

The Alumni Career Centre offers career coaching to the alumni of all of the programmes of EDHEC Business School. They are situated in our campuses in Lille, Paris and Nice.

Silvia Marichalar, International Career Manager, based in Paris

Silvia assists the  graduates in their professional mobility and she is also be responsible for coordinating Careers Events.
Silvia has worked in the Human Ressources field, specifically in the consulting and financial services sectors with an international exposure. She has worked as a HR Manager for a consulting firm in Madrid. She also has worked for the headhunting industry as a recruitment consultant and for different banks as a HR consultant in Madrid,Paris and London. She is fluent in english,french, spanish and italian

Cassandra Pittman, Corporate Development and Careers Manager, based London

Cassandra is in charge of the International Corporate Relations and Careers in the UK. In addition to providing career services and coaching support 2 half-days a month for our UK-based alumni community, she is also likely to be in touch to seek advice and assistance with strengthening ties between EDHEC graduates and UK-based companies looking for top talent.

Pascale Martin, Corporate Development and Careers Manager, based in Singapore

Pascale leads International Corporate Relations and Careers in Asia. In addition to providing career services and coaching support for our Asia-based alumni community, she is also likely to be in touch to seek advice and assistance with strengthening ties between EDHEC graduates and Asia-based companies looking for top talent..

Career advice interviews
At any time in the professional lives, alumni may make an appointment to see a careers consultant in Paris, Lille, Nice or by correspondence (email and/or phone). This initial one-hour interview may deal with the following matters:
- Career diagnostic 
- Foreign or domestic mobility strategy
- Job search methodology
- Evaluation of CVs, cover letters, applications
- Preparation for hiring procedures: interviews, tests
- Evaluation of a job offer

These interviews are free for alumni members of EDHEC Alumni.

Skills assessments
For a skills assessment, an outplacement or career coaching in France or abroad, we can offer you a list of experienced, pre-selected consultants. All of these consultants have their own methods, their specialties and their prices.
