01.29.2024

As you know, we launched a survey in the third quarter of 2023 to examine our purpose and identify the priorities that should guide our school over the next 10 years.

More than 2,000 people responded, including more than 700 graduates, enabling us to collect nearly 3,000 comments. Once again, we would like to thank everyone who participated. Your contributions have been essential.

In-depth discussions based on these inputs also took place with some of you on all three campuses in October.

The 2024-28 Strategic Plan, the result of these collective efforts, will be officially presented in June 2024. We look forward to sharing the details of this roadmap with you.

We can already share some lessons of the survey with you. It is encouraging to see that more than three-quarters of you support the school's goal of “serving future generations” by placing social and environmental challenges at the heart of our mission.

However, fewer than half of you (43%) think the school is doing enough to meet these challenges – we are committed to accelerating our efforts in this regard.

The alumni also highlighted strengths such as teaching excellence, campus quality, student life, reputation and school rankings.

We would like to thank each member of our community for their valuable contribution to this process. Your ideas and perspectives will shape the future of our school.

Thank you for your commitment.
