Two new websites have been launched as BT prepares to recruit the best graduates from the class of 2008 - while providing as much support as possible for its current graduates and their managers.
The graduate recruitment team has announced that the new external graduate recruitment website is now live - and that they are now accepting applications for the September 2008 intake.
Matthew Bennett, lead graduate recruitment business partner, said, We are about to launch our campus activity. This will take in a large number of universities around the UK and Europe, where we will sell the BT story at roadshows and exhibitions.
For our target market, our goal is to position BT as the graduate employer of choice and highlight the outstanding career opportunities on offer to proactive, self-starting, high-calibre graduates.
Changes have been made to the selection process this year - mainly around the final round of assessments. In response to feedback from BT people, line managers will now take a much stronger role in the assessment process: instead of participating in just one structured interview, they will be asked to evaluate candidates during a case study, group exercise and role play.
Matthew said, This will give assessors more involvement in the day and enable them to observe candidates in different scenarios to gain a more rounded picture of their potential.
Les formulaires sont a remplir sur le site internet http://www.btplc.com/Careercentre/Graduates/index.cfm
La cloture des candidatures est le 31 Decembre 2007 (exceptee pour l'Irlande du Nord: 30 Novembre 2007)
