Young and old can work together to achieve dynamic and innovative projects. Seniors bring their expertise, experience. The young, with the guide of mentor, work for their future by creating jobs of tomorrow.
Max and Arnault, Edhec 1967 and 2016 are thus engaged in an entrepreneurial project about “Feu Roulant”.
“Feu Roulant” is the name of a barbecue method created, patented and marketed by Max in the 1980s and 1990s. “Feu Roulant” can make real campfires on the lawn without burning the grass and thus prolong the evenings with friends into the night.
Thanks to double plates installed at home, it is easy to reheat meals for large family parties. After 22 000 sets sold, Max decided to retire. However, aware of the potential market in the digital economy, its ambition as an entrepreneur is revitalized.
He is now launching its brand online with Arnault, who gives a new impetus to the project with its news ideas. Max is in charge of production and marketing and Arnault is in charge of web marketing. Both learn a lot from each other.
