Adopt an Edhec ! Young graduates, become the mentor of a student
Join EDHEC Master students/Young graduates Mentoring Programme
A young graduate helps a talented final year student to succeed to break in the job market.
You have probably been helping students look for internships or job opportunities, and EDHEC and EDHEC Alumni really appreciate your contribution.
Thank you !
Today, we are giving you a chance to improve the quality of this initiative and make it more rewarding.
Become a mentor and help steer a current master student towards a successful career path in a win-win collaboration.
Move beyond the immediate objective of “finding a job” and contribute to:
- professional skills development (coaching, advice, objectives, constructive feedback)
- personal development (assessment, follow-up, motivation and encouragement)
What makes this programme efficient?
1. The time invested by the mentor is measured (3 hours per month) and structured (proven methodology)
2. Excellent follow-up tools are made available
3. Students choose their mentor according to their sector, job position, experience and respective anchor points
4. The last two schemes have been a success! – Click here to find out more about our guidelines.
