Charlène and Tanguy have both recieve an international students sholarship.
Charlène MORAND. «Many thanks to the donors supporting the EDHEC4All program. Your financial support allowed me to study abroad (in the United States, China and Italy). To go abroad was a personal development project but also a professional project. Indeed, wanting to start my career in Marketing at the global headquarters of a consumer company, I had to develop an international profile to gain credibility with recruiters. I was recruited as a graduate intern at the Europe / Australasian headquarters of General Mills International. My international experience was a key factor in this recruitment. In consequence, I would like to sincerely thank the donors for contributing to this recruitment. This demonstrates once again the strength of our EDHEC network and the will of the Alumni and partners to support us in our challenges and projects. » | |
Tanguy LAFAY. "I would like to give a big thank you to all the donors who support the Edhec4All program. This financial assistance has allowed me to experience an extraordinary academic, cultural and human year in a double degree at Pepperdine University , CA). |
From one year to the next, earnings under EDHEC Alumni’s accounts are brought forward and recorded in the Association’s balance sheet under Equity (accumulated surplus also called "fonds associatifs"). The revenues of these "fonds associatifs" will be used as a solidarity reserve fund.
These reserves are not intended to be used for the Association’s operating expenses, but instead to be invested in such a way that any gains generated can be lent to student or graduate members in the form of loans on trust, grants, etc.
Revenue generated by these investments is paid to an account entitled EDHEC Alumni Solidarité.
This year, the Association used this fund to award 3 loans on trust for an amount of €7,500. and 4 international students sholarships worth €10 000 (AHMED KHADJIJETOU, FOSSE SEBASTIEN, LAFAY TANGUY, MORAND CHARLENE)
