3rd edition of the study "The business, the law and lawyers, seen by executives and operational managers"

The LegalEdhec research center EDHEC Business School and the think-tank Business & Legal Forum ( BLF) combine to achieve the 3rd edition of the study "The company, the law and lawyers, seen by executives and operational managers".

To complete other work they do, the LegalEdhec and BLF wish to let Edhec Alumni in leadership or management positions express themselves. What vision do they have of the law in terms of its impact on their business? What perception and what use do they have of awyers ? What relationship do they feel between right and performance?
