La vocation du club

Reprendre une entreprise constitue une véritable voie entrepreneuriale. Elle implique néanmoins de nombreux enjeux : identifier la bonne entreprise, structurer et financer son projet, réussir la transmission avec le cédant, prendre ses fonctions de dirigeant ou encore accompagner le développement de l’entreprise après la reprise.

Le Club Reprise d’Entreprise a pour ambition de fédérer la communauté EDHEC autour de ces sujets et de favoriser le partage d’expériences entre celles et ceux qui souhaitent reprendre, qui ont déjà franchi le pas ou qui accompagnent les opérations de transmission.

Au programme

Tout au long de l’année, le club propose des rencontres, tables rondes, témoignages et moments de networking autour des différentes étapes de la reprise et de la transmission d’entreprise.

Ces rendez-vous permettent notamment de :

• bénéficier de retours d’expérience de repreneuses, repreneurs, cédantes et cédants ;
• rencontrer des experts et professionnels de l’écosystème ;
