- Why spend time and money looking for external help, when many of the basic resources you need are available made available to you by your Career Centre?
We hear it at least once a week: “I had no idea there was so much on the website!” True, you won’t find everything you need, the specific test, the exact technical questions, the guide someone recommended to you. But the Resources section of the Career Centre website does indeed cover many of your needs. So before you spend hours deciding which Internet site is the best for you, why not take time to browse through a website that is entirely dedicated to you?
Your Career Centre website covers all the steps of the internship or job search process:
Market Study helps you understand the different industries and functions, with a special focus on Consulting, Finance and
Marketing, and grants you access, for free, to the leading graduate guides such as Vault and Wetfeet.
- Your Professional Project allows you to define your career plan and provides information on graduate programmes, the gap year, and special career days, like the Finance Career Days I & II conducted in September in Nice.
- Your Marketing Tools compiles all the material on CV, cover letters, pitches, application forms and networking.
- Recruitment Process focuses on interviews (including CBI and technical ones), online tests (tips and a few samples), and assessment centres.
- The two last sections, Negotiating the Offer and Going International, give you access to the EDHEC online internship agreement request form and information on salary surveys and tips and links to secure an internship or job abroad.
Your Career Centre strives to constantly update and improve the resources offered to you. This means the website changes continuously and you must stay tuned. Also, feel free to send us any material or links that you believe can help your fellow classmates.
We wish you a fruitful October reading!
