STREAM Mentoring Program, become the mentor of a Mba student or become a mentee !

We are pleased to announce that we are opening the EDHEC Alumni Mentoring Program, STREAM, to final year students of the EDHEC MBA for the first time!

To boost your career, to pass between generations, to capitalize on your  career path, to share your values and experiences, to exchange between cultures, to grow and grow, get involved! Participate in the STREAM (Share Transmit Reinforce EDHEC Alumni Mentoring)  program.

You are an alumnus and want to share your experience with another alumnus or a student, please answer the following questionnaire :

Become a mentor by completing this questionnaire (before 7th of February)

Are you an alumnus in a transitional phase in your professional life (retraining, start-up, career acceleration, moving abroad, new position, etc.) and would like the support of a mentor?

To join the program, students will need to fill in this on-line application form before Monday February 2nd (link to Q’aire).

We will do our best to find a suitable mentoring partner for you.

Match-making will be done between 2nd and 11th of February. Please note that we won't be back in touch with you before 12th February.

Mentors/mentees pairs will be announced during the launch meeting (in english) on February 12th at 6:00pm (Paris Time) live in Nice in room 702 or via streaming on internet from your computer (link).

Here is some more information on STREAM:

You will have contact with your mentoring partner at least 3 times in 5 months physically or by skype

You will take part in 3 group meetings (physically or by streaming), please save these dates in your calendar :
- launch : 12th of February at 6 pm on the Nice Campus and via streaming online (link)
- mid-term meeting: mentoring students/alumni circles to share best practices and difficulties in April
- final meeting : 9th of July at 6 pm on the Nice Campusand by streaming (Paris time)
That means an involvement in the program of 15 to 20 hours over 5 months.

After one year, STREAM has earned high satisfaction from both mentors and mentees. Mentoring is a recognized driver of personal and professional success for women and men from every background, culture, and career stage. Ines, Global MBA 2002, PhD in Management Learning and Leadership accompanied us in its implementation. Ines is editor of the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching, which is published by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This EDHEC graduate is also the director of Alamundo, which helps entrepreneurs to find new clients and expand their business through mentoring, coaching and consulting. She has advised many different organisations on creating their own mentoring programmes, including the European branch of the Professional Women’s Network.
