Our global graduate programme starts with training which gives you an insight into the organisation and the opportunity to build a network of your peers. Once this is completed you will have all the tools and ‘know how’ to hit the ground running as you start your role and join your team. Throughout the 2 year programme you should expect to be challenged as well as experience a very steep learning curve. You will receive support and ongoing development which takes a variety of different forms from on the job training to cross-business projects as well
