For successful graduates, we offer an excellent training programme. On it you'll spend two years getting to know all about marketing and sales, gaining real exposure in a hands-on role. We're training graduates to become Reckitt Benckiser directors, so the pace is hectic and the learning curve steep: You'll work on live projects from day 1, such as helping manage advertising campaigns, analysing market data or managing national accounts such as ASDA or Boots. After the training programme, you will take on more responsibility but the training doesn't stop (anything from languages to presentation skills) and before long you could be making your first international move. 

Salary: £23k + Bonus

What do you need? As a strong candidate, you have at least 24 UCAS points and expect, or have gained, a 2:1 in any degree. As we are looking for future leaders, we need determined individuals, who enjoy competition, relish a challenge and who are not afraid to change the status quo. The right candidate needs to be naturally innovative, proactive; results focused and are committed to their careers. An analytical mind and excellent communication skills will also be crucial.
