Randstad Managed Services have been engaged by Prudential plc to once again run their Momentum campaign, a group-wide leadership development programme designed to attract top talent from all over the globe to be developed for future leadership positions within Prudential.
Through three rotations of 18 to 24 months, successful applications will gain exposure to a range of business areas, while benefiting from global business experience, exposure to senior management and a wealth of professional and personal development. This on-the-job experience will ensure that individuals emerge from the programme at a senior management level with the professional foundations to become one of Prudential's future leaders.
Depending on experience, interests and business needs, candidates will join the programme in a real role in one of our business units. These roles loosely fall into one of the four streams:
- Commercial Management (which includes new market strategies, insurance operations, IT infrastructure)
- Human Resources
- Finance (which includes general Finance roles, as well as Audit, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance)
- Communications
