global leadership strategy. IRDP prepares recent Master’s or MBA grads for leadership roles in our Asia‑Pacific, Europe/
Middle East/Africa, and Latin America businesses.
OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE ACROSS OUR CONSUMER, PHARMACEUTICALS,
AND MEDICAL DEVICE & DIAGNOSTICS BUSINESS SEGMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING FIELDS:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, FINANCE, HEALTH ECONOMICS, HUMAN RESOURCES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING, MEDICAL AFFAIRS, OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS, REGULATORY AFFAIRS, SALES, AND SUPPLY CHAIN.
Full-time eligibility – To be considered for full-time positions, applicants must either be completing their full-time MBA, Master’s, or PhD degree within the coming year or have already done so within the last 12 months. Three to five years of prior work experience, as well as permanent work authorization and language fluency for the country or countries of interest are also required.
Internship eligibility – To be considered for internship positions, applicants must be in their first year of either a full-time MBA, Master’s,
or PhD degree program and will be graduating after September 2013. Permanent work authorization and language fluency for the country or countries of interest are also required.
ASIA-PACIFIC OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE NOW WITHIN:
