Kaizen Partnership are searching for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and hard working graduate to source high profile candidates for the investment banking sector.
This position will involve a great deal of client contact, research and interviewing thus excellent interpersonal and analysis skills are vital. Full training will be provided and this role will develop into a specialised consulting role within the first 12 months.
A general knowledge and of the financial sector is not required together, however the willingness to learn coupled with a strong academic background are required.
