Financial Graduate - Moloney Search

The role is for a very successful FTSE 100 Company who are currently looking for fresh new graduates to become the financial leaders of tomorrow.

PROFILE

·         Strong leadership potential.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Spoken French or Deutsch.

·         Analytical skills.

·         Interest in business.

·         Down to earth.

SCHEME

·         2 year rotational scheme beginning in October 2006.

·         The initial 6 months (and up to I year) spent in Paris, Brussels or Lausanne.  Some of the remaining time (at least 3 months) is likely to be spent in another European country (could also be Moscow) giving the graduates the opportunity to experience international markets

·         Rotations would include the following functions:

o        Basic accounting

o        Marketing Finance

o        Operations Finance

o        Treasury

o        Corporate Management Reporting

·         The successful candidates will also work on projects on an ad-hoc basis, depending on current initiatives - from updating methodologies to report writing.

·         Graduates will work towards their professional qualification - CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) .

·         The CIMA study balances theoretical and practical aspects of training and provides individuals with a recognised and highly desirable qualification. The CIMA qualification covers four different levels - 1) Certificate in Business Accounting, 2) Managerial Level, 3) Strategic Level  4) Top CIMA. The qualification takes 3 years to achieve.
