We are currently embarking on our graduate recruitment programme for 2005 and have exciting opportunities for 20+ graduates to join Kimberley Clark in Consumer Marketing, Business to Business Marketing Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance and Information Technology.

We're looking for flexible people to work all over Europe in many different functions, who ideally have or are expecting a 2.1 or European equivalent. All degree disciplines are welcome and any experience gained within a commercial or European environment will be beneficial. We also seek to ability to demonstrate leadership potential, strong numeracy, team working and analytical skills, and ideally fluency in a second European language.

With a real job from day one, you'll be assigned a mentor who will support, advise and encourage you in the workplace. You will spend you first two years with us gaining a broad foundation within your chosen field, on average moving three times, always to a new job and often to a completely new location.

Beyond this we offer a structured training programme with the emphasis on practical skills development, study towards relevant professional qualifications is also feature. We are a company where professionalism, networking and support through the early years of you career are actively encouraged.
