This is the most exciting time to be in business. The world is experiencing phenomenal change at an unprecedented rate. I have created the Alltech Graduate Program so that I can personally identify and nurture these leaders.

This is not a standard graduate program. I am personally invested in this program. I built this company in 30 years. I left home, I trusted my instincts, followed my passion, took a leap of faith and I succeeded. I challenge you to do the same.
