Hi everyone,   📅 Save the date: We will be gathering for a casual evening on Friday, October 4th, at 7:00 PM at the renowned Shoo Loong Kan restaurant, where we’ll enjoy a traditional Chinese hot pot. 🍲   Phil’s Chinese wife, Qi, will be there to help select the best ingredients and guide us through the process.
