He is a Certified Mediator and founder of Mediation Initiative. Mihir has authored many articles on subjects pertaining to Law and Mediation thus creating awareness and promoting Mediation as the favored dispute resolution method. Mihir hosts regular webinars on various legal topics including Mediation on YouTube Channels of Govilkar & Associates and Mediation Initiative. Through his expertise in Dispute Resolution, Mihir has successfully resolved issues including commercial disputes, civil disputes, family and matrimonial disputes etc. Mihir is passionate about Dispute System Design, and the overall Mediation process.
