During those 3 webinars, you will be provided with the codes to identify career opportunities that will perfectly reflect your personal and professional aspirations all through different steps:
The first track offers an in-depth analysis of the business models of fashion and luxury houses to better grasp HR-related challenges. The second track will enable you to structure and optimize application materials to stand out from other candidates and align with company expectations in terms of professional identity, culture, and brand DNA. Finally, the last track will give you the keys to understanding the structure of HR interviews to build a coherent and impactful narrative that reflects both technical and interpersonal skills developed throughout the academic journey.

- Masterclass 1 - Analysis of business models of Fashion and Luxury houses to acknowledge sectors - 20 October at 5 p.m.
- Masterclass 2 - Build a strong application form to stand out and structure your career plan - 17 November at 5 p.m.
- Masterclass 3 - Develop a strong speech to perform during interviews to secure a position - 4 December at 5 p.m.

Certified in personality assessments for recruitment purposes, I have been managing the hiring process, analyzing soft and hard skills, for international leading companies such as LVMH, Richemont and independent houses. During my different job positions I gained exposure to a number of companies allowing me to develop a strong expertise of the job market in the luxury sector. Now, as a Career coach from 2019, I conduct workshops and pedagogical content to develop future graduates' employability skills. |
