•Contribution aux présentations et aux réunions avec les investisseurs, le cabinet d'avocats, le notaire et les agences de notation financière concernant la structuration des differentes tranches de dette bancaire, due diligence, le prospectus obligataire, le RCF, le placement privé et les instruments de couverture
•Rédaction des rapports d'audit
•Mise à jour de divers rapports d'avancement liés aux prêts
•Réalisation des analyses de valorisation du patrimoine sous forme de synthèse
•Révision du business plan et traduction en anglais
•Renseignement des données dans un modèle financier basé sur les hypothèses du business plan, intégrant un financement important par des établissements financières et d'Action Logement
•Calcul des TRIs (Taux de Rentabilité Interne) de plusieurs opérations
•Mise en place des suivis de la dette et création des tableaux d'amortissement
•Participation à des réunions avec les auditeurs externes (OTI) et les parties prenantes pour discuter des points de données CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), du plan de transition et de l'analyse d'écart
•Analyse des Documents d’Enregistrement Universel des entreprises de référence et préparation d'une feuille de route pour accompagner in'li dans la rédaction de son premier rapport CSRD

Global Banking and Markets Discovery Week

-Economic Outlook Project for the forum (slated later in the year 2024), under the direction of Raphael Seung-Ho Lee, Deputy Economic Counsellor at Embassy of France in the United States.
The aim of the project: Provide both the private sector and the public sector a cross-sectional view of advanced countries (Korea, France, Germany) and identify key trends for the upcoming year.

-Publication on EU-Korea Green Partnership and its potential for deeper collaboration to achieve a global green transition (collaborative project with Damya Kecili, Political, Press & Information Trainee at the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea)

Korea Europe & You (KEY) is a think tank based in Paris that aims at strengthening the relationship between Korea and the European region through increased collaboration.
KEY has established special collaborative ties with the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP), the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), Institut Montaigne, and IRENE-ESSEC with the purpose of developing joint projects. Other partners will gradually join the KEY initiative.

•Updated and expanded the Regional Committee on the Asia-Pacific Region (RCAP) database of NGOs
•Analyzed and distributed the analysis report on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the key challenges faced by member organizations
•Wrote analytical reports for the UN meetings, aligned to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), held in Geneva to support the procedure and actions needed by the association
•Assisted in organizing the annual Regional Committee in Asia-Pacific (RCAP) meeting held in Bangkok
•Managed email newsletter communication with donors and sponsors of CoNGO
•Created project deliverables using PPT and visual tools

The Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations (CoNGO) is an independent, international membership association founded in 1948, the year of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As a non-governmental organization (NGO) in general consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council, CoNGO has a membership of diverse NGOs working in consultation with the United Nations.

-Updated and expanded the Regional Committee on the Asia-Pacific region (RCAP) database of NGOs
-Analyzed and distributed the analysis report on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the key challenges faced by companies and international organizations to relevant organizations
-Wrote reports on UN, NGO and university meetings in Geneva to support formulation of policy choices and actions needed by CoNGO
-Conducted preliminary research for the meetings held at the United Nations Office at Geneva involving issues such as international trade and economics, sustainable development, environment, security, disarmament, migration and refugees
-assisted on organizing the CoNGO Regional Committee in Asia-Pacific (RCAP) meeting held in Bangkok, Thailand
-Managed email newsletter communication with donors and supporters of CoNGO
-Created contents using PPT and visual tools
-Drafted and edited texts for RCAP participants and for the RCAP Committee

-Produced marketing and promotional materials (short videos) with over 3000 views
-Organized and promoted a social media event and campaign

Founded by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to implement and operate the unified fare collection system called “T-Money System,” Korea Smart Card (KSCC) serves in the B2C, B2B space in the FinTech market segments. KSCC provides services such as Automated fare collection (AFC) system payment for public transportation and mobile Tmoney for retail payments.
