Design and develop strategies for providing risk management and accounting services which advance the growth and promote sustainable operations of MSMEs in Nigeria and provide bespoke risk advisory services to clients in larger equity and operational phases.

Manage the finance, accounting and reporting activities of the Nigeria based subsidiary of Arla Foods Amba – a leading global dairy producer and one of the largest global co-operatives of dairy farmers in Europe; and financial reporting and funds management for the Milk Value Chain Foundation – an NGO supported by Arla Foods Amba that is involved in the development of a sustainable milk value chain in Nigeria.

Direct and control the activities of the internal audit department to achieve company objectives.

Develop the internal control framework for the department and the internal audit plan covering 26 focus areas for the company including pre-disbursement, periodic, and spot check audits. Supervise internal audit managers and internal audit executives and prepare evaluation reports on performance. Prepare budgets for financial and human resource requirements within the department.

Responsible for delivering large, periodic audits for clients in the banking, consumer markets and mining industries; lead the recruitment activities of my department; and deliver training sessions for clients.

Manager in the KPMG Cote d’Ivoire office for a 12-month period, responsible for developing the domestic internal audit department and improving the technical internal audit advisory skills of the regional KPMG francophone offices of Senegal, Democratic republic of Congo, Cameroun.
