-Analysed post-acquisition challenges (non-compliance, integration) and observed the strategic role of the M&A
manager.
-Collaborated on a pre-deal project, supporting valuation work and contributing to business plan (DCF).

Built technical skills in financial modeling, especially through DCF analysis, with hands-on practice on past valuation
models.

Supported the company growth by sourcing prospects and starting relationships with 20+ potential clients.
Built Kunto’s impact measurement framework, creating clear indicators to show the startup’s value to investors.
Worked independently on market research projects, contributing to both business development and long-term strategy

Manage a team of 25 members, delegating responsibilities, setting goals, and ensuring effective coordination.
Organized 11 events, including 8 charitable races (CSR impact), to promote social responsibility and raise funds for
meaningful causes.
Raised a 10 K€ budget to organize the EDHEC’s “CROSS” sport event (1,500+ participants).
