Je recherche un stage de 6 mois dès janvier 2026 dans les métiers de la Corporate Finance, en particulier en Transaction Services, Leveraged Finance ou Restructuring, afin de préparer une carrière en Private Equity.
Mon objectif est double : contribuer à des projets stratégiques impliquant due diligence, analyse de performance financière et modélisation opérationnelle, tout en développant une compréhension approfondie des financements structurés et des opérations de LBO.
Grâce à mon parcours international (France, Singapour, Arabie Saoudite), j’ai appris à évoluer dans des environnements variés et à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multiculturelles.
