My journey has been anything but linear—from competing as a junior national tennis player to shaping talent and people strategies in international environments. Tennis taught me resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking—skills that continue to define how I approach challenges today.
I recently wrapped up my experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where I honed my ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities. At Echo Analytics, I managed end-to-end recruitment and built structured hiring processes. I also worked on employer branding, workforce optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that hiring decisions aligned with both business needs and long-term growth.
Along the way, I’ve embraced Generative AI to enhance efficiency, precision, and decision-making in recruitment. From optimizing job descriptions and sourcing strategies to streamlining candidate engagement, I’ve leveraged AI-powered tools to make hiring more data-driven, scalable, and effective. I see technology not as a replacement for human intuition but as a powerful complement to it—helping to remove bias, speed up processes, and improve candidate experiences.
