• Led coordination across design, engineering, and commercial teams for India’s first high-speed rail–linked mixed-use development, supporting oversight of a ₹2,500 crore (€280m+) multi-phase project, including a Marriott-branded hotel integrated into the transport hub.
• Partnered & liaised closely with the project SPV, operators, brand partners, and consultants to maintain scope control, milestone tracking, and risk visibility across 10+ parallel schedules.
• Conducted financial due diligence and commercial evaluation for 32+ consultants, ensuring alignment with project IRR and cash-flow requirements.
• Worked closely for advisory of senior management in the phase-wise structuring and award of work orders, contributing to capex phasing, cost optimization, and resource allocation across consultant packages totaling ₹5 crore.
• Developed standardized reporting and coordination processes for third-party consultants, improving delivery efficiency by 25% and strengthening the quality of information used in management reviews. Authored monthly review and progress tracking reports.
• Assisted & Developed preparation of MoU documentation and management briefs, helping define deliverables, compliance checkpoints, and performance milestones used in senior-level reviews on phasing and capital deployment.

• Contributed to the design and execution of 11 projects across Delhi N.C.R. and Northern India. • Coordinated on-site activities for four projects as a PMC Supervisor, overseeing civil and MEP works. • Assisted in project management and the commissioning of on-site work. • Collaborated with international architectural firms for design coordination and on-site execution. • Led design presentations for MDB Vallabhbhai Metal Office, Moradabad, and conducted monthly site review meetings with civil and MEP consultants.
