As part of the Learning Expedition of the Master SMI of the University of Paris-Saclay. We support the HR department in developing the work experience of the region's 10,000 agents, around the issue of "intimacy at work".
• Conducted an in-depth documentary study and created an analytical framework to structure the analysis and guide the findings.
• Conducted 12 interviews with managers and HR experts to explore internal practices and identify potential levers.
• Presented the results and developed recommendations for the Workplace Experience Management to optimize the handling of intimate-related issues and improve employees' work experience.

During my Erasmus internship at BAF Consultancy in Brussels, I gained valuable experience in Belgium's fiscal policies and procedures. I assisted with practical accounting exercises, invoice follow-ups, and error resolution, developing technical and interpersonal skills. This opportunity allowed me to deepen my understanding of Belgium and European Union business regulations, as well as gain competence in using accounting software.

My responsibilities during this role included prospecting potential clients and reaching out to them through sales calls and emails to promote app. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing invoices monthly for both national and international clients and delivering them via mail. I participated in client meetings to better understand and identify key points for sales.

This internship gave me a chance to observe closely all the processes taking place in the sales department. Therefore, I have learned sales techniques by participating in meetings with both customers and prospective customers.

It was a beneficial internship where I tasted delivering great results with teamwork by sharing new and different angles to each other in order to enlarge digital marketing strategy and produce new contents.
