Entirely responsible for the management of international structuring and cross border operations, M&A and deal matching, corporate and tax services and family office services, Companies and Fund structuring and administration, Europe-Asia bridging (market entry, investment opportunities, implementation in Asia through Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.), Trustee (licensed with MAS).

Key Results :
* Key Negotiator in the tentative of merger of the business with prominent organizations such as Incorp – JTC – Hawksford.
* Merged my own company with a local Singaporean one: Camelot Trust.
* Opened new line of business: Compliance/KYC section with good notation from the authorities (ACRA) after three audits, in-house bookkeeping department, private equity and real estate funds structuring and administration and deal matching and corporate finance activity.
* Opened a new office in HK.
* Signature of joint Ventures with Singapore entity (Fund administration)
* Contributed to the 20% annual growth of the firm and the expansion of personnel from 6 to 25+ employees.
* Successfully implemented brand-new procedures.
* Successfully designed and implemented a fully integrated and digital process.
