• Implemented Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM module for a Malaysian client (Petronas Group). Got excellent feedback from the client and was selected by my solution architect to go onsite (Australia) for my next project.
• Gained expertise in 6 sub-modules in HCM (Core HR, Absences, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Labor). Led and managed a team of 4 members in 3 modules mentioned above, to resolve client issues and develop the front-end interface.
• Migrated client data using SQL, Excel, Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) from SAP and on-premise servers to Oracle cloud.
