Leadership of Architects, Bid Managers, Contract Specialists, and other professionals providing solution design, proposal development, pricing, and implementation strategy for Enterprise clients to provide services to users around the globe. My team supported 40 major accounts and with a portfolio $350M+ ARR.
• Member of Global Solutions Leadership Team – Representing the Americas, was one of 4 regional leads that set standards globally and together directed solutions and support for global-scale deals covering 70+ countries.
• Sr. Solutions Executive Role – Personal accountability for oversight of solutions development for a portfolio of top enterprise tech accounts, including IBM, Dell, Kyndryl, and AWS, one of which was the company’s largest account worldwide. My responsibilities included leadership of multi-vendor proposal teams for major joint-pursuit opportunities with my client partners and the development of solutions and contracts for projects, typically valued at $5M-$50M+. Other accounts supported by my team and which I consulted on included Microsoft, Google, Cisco, HP, ExxonMobil, Verizon and US, Canadian, and European government agencies.

Development of technical, pricing, and pursuit strategy with senior sales leadership to support key strategic accounts, including Fortune 100 and State Government accounts. Leadership of interdisciplinary global teams to support the solution to contract process for large Cloud, DRaaS, hosting and consulting deals requiring custom solutions and 3rd party services.

Program leadership for the M&A IT Integration of a 110+ location national acquisition. Led the IT Governance Committee and worked across multiple business units to affect the delivery of the merger’s IT integration & office consolidations.

• Merger Integration & IT Rationalization: - Led post-merger organization-wide services integration and staff rationalization of the Global End User Services group supporting 44,000 users in 46 countries worldwide.
• 68% efficiency produced by consolidating 25 service centers down to 8, producing a 22% reduction in FTEs.
• Global IT Outsourcing Procurement –5 year $18+MM global IT Outsourcing Project covering 17,000 users.
• Global Supply Chain Collaboration Project –Global Deployment of SAP Ariba’s eProcurement product suite.

Provided Interim and Fractional Executive Leadership and Strategy & Program Management Consulting Services:
• Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) –interim executive during corporate restructuring
• Fractional CIO – strategic guidance and technical advice to for several client companies, including 2 startups
• PMO Director Services – medical leave coverage leading PMO of a major energy firm (Calpine) operating in 27 US states, including oversight of NERC-CIP roadmap and implementation of Dodd-Frank compliance programs.

Scope: Oversight of the State Agency’s IT, PMO, CISO, and IV&V (Audit) groups. Member of State IPMO Committee.

• Implementation of Federal ACA Mandate and SMB/HIX program including product development
• IT Operations for HHC and the Joint HCC-Medicaid Contact Center including datacenter, network, and telecom

Taught undergraduate computer science courses in the evening, including dual credit courses for high school seniors.

Management of enterprise IS Services and supervision of key programs for enterprise of 93 plants providing 28.5+ Gigawatts of power to 24 Million homes and business in North America. Accomplishments included:
• Data Center Outsourcing Program - Migration of 850+ servers & 300+ terabytes of data across the US.
• EMS System Upgrade – New cutting-edge system providing real-time live control of 90+ plants nationwide.
• Established NERC CIP cybersecurity governance structure.

Led key projects including the integration of the Maximo PMS with Primavera and SAP.

Managed program encompassing all Geographic & Geospatial Data Services (GIS) and projects for BP North American Gas. Supervised teams and budgets of both onshore and offshore staff with resources in 6 countries.

Managed customer product development projects including a custom Global E&P Supply Chain solution for El Paso Energy.
