I develop, structure and deliver offshore wind projects at scale — from early-stage development through consent and financial close.
Over 25 years in international energy, I have worked across Europe, USA, the Middle East and emerging markets, leading complex multi-stakeholder projects in environments where regulatory, technical and commercial pressures collide.
Most recently, I served as Project Director on two 1GW ScotWind offshore wind projects, driving both through consent application — one of the most technically and politically demanding phases in large-scale offshore development.
Through QiDO Energy Development, I now provide senior advisory to developers, investors and portfolio holders who need someone who combines strategic thinking and hands-on capabilities.
My edge is the intersection of project experience, financial structuring and cross-cultural agility — trilingual (EN/FR/ES), comfortable in boardrooms and site offices alike.
I work on mandate-based assignments: strategic advisory, project due diligence, market entry, partnership structuring, and the increasingly critical question of how AI is reshaping project teams and development economics.
