As an Budget Analyst, my role involved studying the annual budgets of 6 Business Units (P&L) and conducting financial analysis of various variables such as commercial forecasts, production capacity, unpaid debts, personnel charges, operational expenses, building charges, and structural charges. I integrated these variables into monthly financial forecasts for the entire year, analyzed the deviations with the defined budget, and created weekly reports for updated reporting on a rolling 3-month basis. During this experience, I developed skills in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and attention to detail. I also learned to work independently, manage my time effectively, and communicate financial information to different stakeholders

- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Processing customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently, using computer systems and software.
- Assisting with the management of customer accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating customer information, and processing refunds and returns.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers and promoting sales.
- Monitoring and reporting on customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and making recommendations to improve customer service.
- Maintaining knowledge of company products and services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborating with other teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

During this experience, I developed a strong understanding of customer service, sales, marketing, and data analysis. I honed my skills in problem-solving, communication, time management, and data analysis. I also gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of understanding customer needs, tracking and analyzing customer data, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. On a personal level, this experience helped me develop adaptability, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It also helped me to improve my ability to understand and analyze data, as well as my ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

- Managing the store's financial performance, including monitoring sales, profits, and expenses, and ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to increase sales and profitability, such as marketing promotions, customer service improvements, and cost management measures.
- Overseeing cash management, including cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and reconciliations, and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.

During this experience, I learned a great deal about leadership, management, and communication. I developed skills such as team management, problem-solving, time management and decision making. I also gained a deep understanding of the importance of setting goals, providing clear direction and creating a positive work environment. On a personal level, this experience taught me the importance of taking ownership of my role, being accountable, and being a role model for my team. It also helped me to develop my confidence and my ability to lead and motivate others.

As a part-time worker over the course of 4 summers, I held a variety of roles, including cashier, construction worker, assembly line worker, and warehouseman. In each role, my main responsibilities were to perform the tasks required of that position to the best of my ability and to work in a team. During this experience, I learned a great deal about the importance of being adaptable and flexible in the workplace. I also gained a variety of practical skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. Additionally, I learned how to work under pressure and how to manage multiple tasks at once. On a personal level, this experience taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and dedication. It also helped me to develop a strong work ethic, which I believe will be beneficial in any future career.
