In EDHEC Business School, besides strategy, organization and consulting, I have learnt about Project management from the Project Management Certificate course offered by EDHEC in a collaboration with PMI.

Experienced in autonomously managing Supply Chain Operations like Order & Forecast (demand) Management, Capacity Planning, Inventory & Shipment Management for 10 million pairs with practical knowledge on Product Development & Industrialization and Pricing Negotiations ensuring 95% Arrival on Time on every order in 10 days LT (local to local) for 1.2 M pairs in 2020 in Decathlon Sports Bangladesh.

Managed SAP for capacity & production planning, component & quotation management and communicating supply terms. Continuous advanced use of MS Office in daily basis, especially Excel for analysis with extensive use of AFO for production planning, tools capacity analysis etc.

From the moment I took Management as my major, Supply Chain has been the subject of my passionate curiosity. It led me to participate in "PTAK Supply Chain Global Case Competition" in 2018 where I won a 60% scholarship to achieve "Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA)" degree certified by ISCEA in 2018. The most interesting thing about supply chain to me is how it makes business strategically efficient in optimizing cost and profitability of a business.

I love that job or work which not only contributes to my improvements but also where I can contribute in developing the job, the environment or even the system. A positive encouraging supporting working environment is important for me to have and to offer.

'Carpe Diem' is my core principle as it means seizing the day! My drive is regular personal development.

From my previous work experience, the most important piece of wisdom I have is 'Take away as much as you can because only then you can give back more'. With strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills, I also love motivating myself and others . One of my daily practices is to balance priorities proactively. My personality is full of vitality. I keep smiling and being positive even in the adverse situations. I look forward to facing challenges along with KPIs and deadlines because this is the best way to learn and improve! With experience of working with multi-national diverse teams, I have great adaptability skills!
