I managed multiple projects such as elections, COVID-19, the real estate sector and high-profile events like G20. I applied stakeholder management skills to communicate and collaborate with various internal and external parties, such as government officials, business owners, media, and the public.
I also performed risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential threats and uncertainties affecting project outcomes. In parallel to my public service endeavours, I served as the controller and protector of government and public land interests. Leveraging my role, I successfully managed real estate developers, borrowers and banks, ensuring the proper implementation of the SARFAESI Act to help banks recover bad debts and loans.
I also orchestrated vibrant and transparent elections in India, ensuring the robustness and accessibility of the democratic process for all citizens. I excelled in leading and coordinating large teams to achieve collective goals like elections and managed enormous crowds, ensuring seamless operations through strategic coordination among various government departments.
I also monitored and controlled the quality management of the projects, ensuring that the standards and expectations were met and the results were validated. Additionally, I acted as an incident commander to manage the COVID-19 situation in India, using agile techniques to control the pandemic in my town and managing the budget and care delivery at isolation centres.
I followed the project life cycle stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure, adapting to the changing needs and requirements of the situation. I managed complex budgets and significant public funds with precision and accountability like the drought compensation fund and COVID relief fund. I facilitated visits and movements of distinguished international and national-level dignitaries, effectively showcasing our nation’s strengths on the global stage.
