As Trade Marketing & Sports Tour Project Manager, I lead the coordination of the 2025 Intersport x Nike Sport Tour, a large-scale brand and retail activation designed to promote sports accessibility across key French cities: Paris, Nantes, Saint-Étienne, and Marseille.

Key responsibilities:

• 360° project management, involving internal collaboration with CRM, Digital, Paid Media, CSR, Legal, Store Operations, and Social Media teams

• External coordination with Nike, SPORTPACK agency, and local city councils

• Operational execution across the full campaign lifecycle:

– Branded landing pages and CRM workflows (email, push)
– Geo-targeted media campaigns (via Making Science)
– Athlete and influencer activations
– Sustainable logistics and staff outfitting
– Public protocol and municipal authorizations
– Performance tracking and post-activation reporting

2025 objectives:

• 4 cities, 8 event days
• 50,000+ attendees
• 3,000 m² sports playground
• 4 disciplines activated (Football, Basketball, Training, Running)
• 96% satisfaction rate in 2024
• 50+ local associations and 7 elite athletes mobilized

In parallel, I support year-round trade marketing activations across the Intersport brand portfolio (Nike, Adidas, Puma, Asics, Salomon, The North Face, Brooks, Columbia, etc.):

• Go-to-market coordination for key product launches (retail and e-commerce)

• Retailtainment experiences in flagship stores (Intersport République, Les Halles): Footlab, Project Run, Training Zone, Outdoor Experience

• Sell-in and sell-out tools: merchandising kits, campaign guidelines, CRM campaigns, homepage banners, gift card programs, and in-store incentives

• Performance analysis: store coverage, footfall, impressions, click-through rates, conversion, and uplift

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, commercial performance, and community engagement, contributing to Intersport’s broader partnerships with institutions such as the FFF, FFT, FFH, Paris Marathon and Olympics
