Organization and promotion of electronic music events in Lille while managing social media and visual identity to grow the community.

As a member of the Consumer Comms France team, I am at the heart of our consumer communications activations (press relations, influencer marketing, social media content production, and events), with a particular focus on the "Pépites du Quartier" project. Launched in 2023, "Pépites du Quartier" aims to celebrate the neighborhood restaurants and businesses available on the app, which are a source of local pride, by giving consumers a voice to vote for their favorite spots in several categories.

I contribute to the overall coordination of the project by participating in all its key phases:
1. Act as a liaison between the various internal teams involved (sales, CRM, marketing, creative, etc.).
2. Support the launch of the voting site: monitoring the reverse schedule, providing feedback on optimizations, participating in A/B tests.
3. Participate in the organization of the event and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Monitor the rollout of the influencer campaign, in collaboration with our partner agency.
5. Conduct regular monitoring to identify inspiring initiatives and fuel creative thinking around the project.
6. Provide ad hoc support for other activations led by the Consumer Comms team.

- Ensures attentive field monitoring of our employees for punctual and long-term operations.

- Participates in the training of our employees through various methods, ranging from telephone to e-learning through classroom sessions.

- Coordinates with points of sale for the harmonious organization of operations.

- Responsibility for managing sales force planning, in close collaboration with our customers.

- Contributes to the implementation of stimulating events throughout the year, such as seller fairs, seminars and product launches.

- Collects the administrative documents necessary for the development of the participants' employment contracts.

- Ensures the management of contributors' expense reports.

- Extract, control and analyze the reports provided by our stakeholders.

Creation of visuals and social media content to promote events, ensuring consistent brand identity across channels.
