In line with its ESG/CSR strategy, transparency and risk assessment obligations, Chanel has launched a traceability platform for all players in its supply chain. This platform will be extended to all the major players in the perfume & cosmetic sectors (L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, Shiseido, Clarins...).

Mission:
- Reviewed user guides provided by Chanel and prepared/participated in certain PDMs with the customer
- Analyzed impact and preparation of Verescence for the implementation of this platform
- Synthetized actions with the various Verescence departments impacted (Purchasing / NPD / IT / CSR...)
- Helped prepare a PSS to automate the data supply of the platform from Verescence's ERP (SAP)
- Participated to McKinsey Transformation Summit France 2023
- Calculated non-quality costs: adaptation of the Verescence standard for its Korean site
