My responsibilities concerned the three pillars of promotion: assortment, merchandising and price. More details just below.
ANALYSIS
- Monitoring and analysis of the performance of our brands (laundry and house cleaners) and competitors via Nielsen and Kantar
- Automation of monthly reporting data files via Excel
PROMOTION
- Participation in the deployment of 2022 innovations: co-construction of in-store, digital plans
- Elaboration of Marketing briefs for the internal design agency and external clients
- Organisation of the Unilever's stand at Salon Carrefour 2022 (logistics, products, furnitures...)
- Regular contact with the sales force: sending recap of each promotion time, managing ordering issues.
TEACHING
- In charge of the onboarding period of the new intern
- Teaching about Nielsen use, the main characteristics of the FMCG sector and the customer development department
