In Simplilearn, I (along with my team) receive courses from external vendors and SMEs (Caltech, IBM, etc.) and create courses that meet their and internal guidelines. In case of no SMEs, I oversee the team as they research and create the courses from scratch. In my job, I check that these courses and the processes used to create these are per the internal standards, and I manage this team and also ensure the team members are moving in the right direction w.r.t their overall career development.
