ORSYS is a leading European training provider specializing in digital, IT, and management training. During my internship within the international development team, I supported the marketing and strategic expansion of several European subsidiaries.

The scope of my work covered 4 European markets (Spain, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg) representing ~€5M in combined revenue.

Key contributions
• Conducted international market and competitor audits across 4 countries, analyzing positioning, communication strategies and demand trends
• Performed competitive intelligence on 20+ training providers to identify strategic opportunities and market gaps
• Produced strategic benchmark reports used to support decision-making for high-growth subsidiaries
• Supported lead generation initiatives and digital visibility strategies aligned with local market dynamics
• Contributed to marketing and communication audits for subsidiaries experiencing strong growth (e.g. Swiss subsidiary reaching ~€20M revenue after 4× growth)
• Collaborated with international teams to adapt multi-channel marketing strategies to local market dynamics
